ABOUT US

Alix is a graduate of Grinnell College, a Notary Public, a Registered Nurse and a proud mother of six daughters. During her 20-year professional career, she has worked for major international corporations where she honed her project and client management skills.  Additionally, she gained extensive estate administration expertise working as a paralegal in the Trust and Estates department of an esteemed law firm based in Somerset County.  It was during her tenure in the law field that she noticed many of her clients needed day-to-day assistance with managing their personal finances and associated paperwork, healthcare related needs and general household administration. This realization, married with her entrepreneurial spirit and personal desire to help others, was the driving inspiration behind “Alix L. Marsters, LLC”, a business launched in 2007 to provide affordable home management services. The business was renamed “At Home Management, LLC” in 2014.

President / Founder

Operational since 2007, At Home Management, LLC was launched to help clients with their Daily Money Management needs.  Currently serving clients in Somerset County and Morris County, New Jersey, we offer personalized solutions to facilitate the needs of our clients.  For over 10 years we have been helping senior clients run the financial needs of their household. Additionally, we work closely with accountants, attorneys, health care professionals, and wealth managers to ensure your financial and administrative tasks are completed.

At Home Management, LLC is a member of the American Association of Daily Money Managers (AADMM), a national membership organization for daily money management.   We adhere to the AADMM Code of Ethics.

Daily Money Managers

Alyson has assisted clients with daily money management for two years and became passionate for this type of work after seeing first-hand how her grandmother needed help with bill payment, health care, taxes, and estate administration. Prior to her DMM career, Alyson spent 12 years with BellSouth and Telcordia Technologies engaged in multiple facets of the businesses, including Proposal Management, Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Strategic Planning. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, and is currently serving as co-President of her local high school’s Parent Teacher Organization. Alyson possesses excellent project management and organizational skills and has a B.S. degree in Marketing from the University of Virginia.
